Meet Our Founder
The visionary behind Health.AI's mission to democratize healthcare through artificial intelligence and evidence-based medicine.
Michael Greenhalgh
Co-Founder & Chief Architect
Michael Greenhalgh is a pioneering computer scientist and AI researcher with over 40 years of experience building technology companies. He currently leads Health.AI's mission to validate medical information through artificial intelligence and multi-agent analysis.
After completing studies in Natural Language Processing and AI at Stanford University (2016-2017) and earning his degree in Computer Science, Computer Linguistics, and Philosophy from Sonoma State University (1974-1981), Michael has dedicated his career to leveraging technology for human advancement.
Michael's healthcare journey includes serving as Clinical Director at Pacific Hyperbarics in San Diego, California, where he gained deep insights into post-injury therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy mechanisms. He also co-owned neurorehabilitation clinics across California, combining his technical expertise with hands-on healthcare experience.
Recognizing that "nearly 50% of medical diagnoses and treatments are invalid, undetected, or unused," Michael founded Health.AI to address healthcare's core challenge through AI-powered systems that identify conflicts of interest and synthesize medical evidence using natural language processing.
